This policy explains what information the Abhinandan NX order-management app collects, why, and how it's protected — for everyone who signs in to use it.

1. Who We Are

The Abhinandan NX app is an internal order-management tool built for Abhinandan NX and Goyam NX, textile trading and manufacturing businesses operating from Surat, India. It's used by our own staff to track orders, parties, brokers, and stitching work — it is not a public consumer app, and accounts are issued only to employees of these businesses.

Throughout this policy, "we," "us," and "our" refer to Abhinandan NX (and its affiliated business, Goyam NX), the operator of the app. "You" refers to the employee account holder using it.

2. Information We Collect

Account information When your account is created, we store your name, email address, and role (admin or staff). Sign-in is handled by Firebase Authentication — we never see or store your raw password ourselves.

Business records you enter Everything else in the app is business data your team enters as part of day-to-day order tracking:

• Parties & brokers — Name, mobile number, address, GST number
• Khatas & stitch khatas — Name, mobile number, address, GST number
• Fabric parties & design numbers — Name, GST number, quality and rate details
• Orders — Order and design details, quantities, rates, delivery dates, and a status history of who updated what and when

What we don't collect The app does not access your device's location, camera, contacts, or photo library for its own purposes, and it does not include any advertising or analytics tracking software. No usage data is collected beyond what's needed to run the app's own features described above.

3. How We Use It

• To sign you in and keep your account secure
• To store and display your business's parties, brokers, khatas, and orders so your team can track them
• To enforce role-based access, so staff and admin accounts see and edit only what their role allows
